Ceren Erginer, from Kayseri, completed her 2-month volunteering service with our European Solidarity Corps project and returned to her home. Throughout her volunteering service, Ceren took on tasks to meet the needs of many disabled, sick, and needy cats and dogs in shelters and under our care. She helped the veterinary staff with routine check-ups and vaccinations and followed instructions to administer medication as needed in the shelter. She maintained cleanliness in the animal living areas, including cages and kennels, and ensured that animals received adequate food and fresh water. She regularly assessed the physical condition of the animals, checked for signs of illness or injury, and provided medical treatment as needed. She took care of the cats and the patient room and attended to their medical needs. She provided care and routine check-ups for 80 cats and 7 dogs, most of which are disabled, under our care. Thanks to her, the quality of life for many of our stray animal friends improved. We extend our sincere thanks to Ceren for all her devoted work.
