Our European Solidarity Corps project “Hands & Paws” has been approved by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency. In the first activity of the project, 2 vets from Portugal and Albania will be responsible for the medical care of the homeless cats and dogs in the public shelter and the sick and wounded wild animals in the wild life conservation center for 6-month long periods. In the second activity of the project, artist volunteers from Tunisia and Ukraine for long and short term will work in the 8th edition of Sinopale (the International Sinop Biennial) in 2021 and they will have an opportunity to meet their art work with the audience. Also they will generate products for our homeless animals, teach our members how to make them, present them to the market and help our association to raise its fund.
