Aliyenur Erdal, who went to Portugal with our European Solidarity Corps project, completed her 7-month volunteer service. In the activity hosted by our partner Proatlantico – Associacao Juvenil in Oerias, Portugal, Aliyenur worked for the development of disadvantaged and refugee children. She also participated in activities that facilitate the adaptation of disabled individuals to social life. She assisted in the international activities of the hosting organization and was also a participant in these activities. She both exchanged cultures with other volunteers from different countries and introduced our culture. She also improved herself with non-formal education methods in many areas such as teamwork, creative thinking, time management, and intercultural sensitivity. We would like to thank Aliyenur for all her efforts in her activities.
