Ceren Erginer, who came to Sinop with our European Solidarity Program project, has completed her short-term volunteer service. Ceren, a veterinary technician, regularly monitored animals for signs of illness or stress, reported and recorded abnormal behavior or symptoms throughout her activity. She assisted veterinary staff at the surgeries, administered vaccinations, medications and injections as needed. She took the animals to the clinic for check-ups and follow-ups. She helped with the regular deworming treatment of the animals under our care. She provided food and water to the animals. She cleaned and sanitized cages, kennels and yards. She walked the dogs regularly providing socilization for them. She coordinated with the other volunteers and helped them get accustomed with the tasks and procedures. We would like to thank Ceren for all her dedicated work.
