This cat’s name is Urho. When he first arrived in September, his front leg was amputated. While our volunteers were providing post-operative care in the patient room, they noticed he was drinking a lot of water, urinating frequently, and experiencing nausea. When we took him to the clinic in November, he was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then, he has been receiving insulin injections twice a day and has his blood sugar checked almost daily. He also has to eat only very expensive cat food for diabetic cats. We love Urho very much. Our volunteers love him too. But we can’t keep up with the clinic bills, food, and medication costs for Urho and our other stray friends. Only with your support can we help our stray animal friends. Please donate to us.
