Our next event was in Seyit Bilal Middle School for the 4th of October “World Animals Day”. Vet Ali Çalışkan from the Wild Life Center, teacher of English and our member Derya Ertekin, our board member İrem Ebru Kuru, our Finnish vet intern Heidi Peltola, our volunteer vet Sumeja Jahic from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Tin Bulic from Croatia who came here with our Erasmus+ Volunteering project “Northern Lights” participated in the event. They told the pupils the things we should do when we see a sick animal and answered their questions. They also told them that the animals are part of the nature and we should protect them althogether.
